We track and log the delivery of all digital assets. Our system records your IP address, billing details, transaction timestamps, and the exact date/time any download link is generated or accessed.
In the event a buyer files a dispute or chargeback via Stripe, PayPal, or their issuing bank claiming "product not received" or "unauthorized transaction," we will submit these internal server logs, alongside your explicit checkbox consent at checkout, as evidence to contest the dispute. Filing a chargeback after downloading a product may constitute payment fraud and can result in the termination of your access to our store.
While our policy above is strict, we recognize that minor errors happen. We will manually review and grant exceptions in the following scenario:
Accidental Duplicate Purchases: If you purchase the exact same digital product twice within a 24-hour window due to a technical glitch or accidental double-click, please contact us immediately at statebizguidesmedia@gmail.com with both order receipts. We will review and, where confirmed, refund the duplicate charge.
